Excursions

Spend an awesome time on a private boat in Puerto Vallarta!

There are a variety of activities you can do and things you can see during your tour.

First, we’ll offer some ideas for four- and six-hour tours. Then we’ll describe each area and what there is to see there so you can make the best decisions for you. Please keep in mind, you aren’t locked into anything. It’s your boat, your day, your way. These are just some ideas.

Four-Hour Tour Ideas

One Idea:

  • Take a leisurely tour around Los Arcos
  • Experience the beautiful sites and see the secluded beaches between Los Arcos and Majahuitas
  • Snorkel in Majahuitas
  • Have lunch in the new restuarant at Majahuitas or one of the beachside restaurants in Quimixto
  • Return to Boca

Alternate Idea:

  • Take a leisurely cruise to Majahuitas seeing Colomitos, Las Animas, and the shoreline of Quimixto close-up
  • Possibly snorkel in Majahuitas
  • Cruise on to Yelapa seeing the secluded beaches, beautiful scenery, and marine life
  • Enjoy lunch in Yelapa
  • Return to Boca

Third Idea:

  • Leave Boca in midafternoon
  • Stop in Las Animas for a drink and get a snack to go
  • Take a leisurely cruise to a secluded beach seeing the sites along the way
  • Enjoy a private hour or two on a secluded beach
  • Stop in Quimixto for an early dinner and beautiful sunset
  • Return to Boca

Six-Hour Tours

With six hours, you can do many of the above ideas, as well as include a trip to one of the area’s beautiful waterfalls or just spend more time checking out villages and scoping around. There are waterfalls in both Quimixto and Yelapa, and you can hike or rent horses to visit them.

With six hours, you can see a lot of the southern shoreline between Los Arcos and Yelapa and still have time for a delicious meal and a fun activity or two. If you don’t want to visit a waterfall, you can have a nice meal out, stop for a look at some of the little pueblos along the coast, and spend time on a secluded beach with leisurely cruising in between.

This is our most popular time slot. You can have a wonderful day on the water, see and do a lot, and still get back in time for any dinner plans or evening activities.

Eight-Hour Tours

Eight hours gives you the maximum time to enjoy leisurely cruising, snorkeling, visiting waterfalls, having some delicious food and drinks in one or two different reaturants, experiencing some marine life, and spending some time on your own secluded beach enjoying the soft sand and gentle surf. This is a full day on land and sea doing whatever you want for the entire day.
