1. How does this work?

Once you’ve paid, we’ll send you a confirmation and a few questions about your interests. I’ll put together a personalized tour for you, and we can fine-tune however you like.

2. Can we bring our own food, drinks, alcohol, etc.?

Sure. The pangas always have a cooler with ice aboard. The larger boats also include some drinks and snacks.

3. Can you arrange other things for us, as well?

I can arrange horses or an ATV to go to the waterfalls, and if you want to snorkel, snorkel gear is always onboard. If you have a special event, I’m happy to work with you to make it the most special day possible!

4. What do you recommend we bring?

We recommend the normal, common-sense items you’d want for the beach: sunscreen, sunglasses, a cover-up….depending on how much you like to carry, a hat, or towel, etc.  All the boats we have shade cover. so you won’t be out in the hot sun on the boat unless you choose to sit up front in the sun.

One important thing to bring is Mexican pesos. There are no cash machines south of Puerto Vallarta. You’ll want adequate pesos (or US dollars) to pay for food, drinks, any shopping you want to do from various vendors, horseback riding, and tips for the captain and guide.

5. What is your cancellation policy?

For the pangas, if you cancel with 24 hours or more notice, you will receive a 100% refund. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will receive a 50% refund. If you are a no-show, the booking is nonrefundable.

For the larger yachts and sailboats, there is a 48-hour cancellation policy.
